Staff at the hotel were amazing. Helped with any queries I had and resolved anything super quickly. Location is also great, very central in Old Quarter but not too loud so could get a proper night sleep.

The staff were absolutely amazing, they had great information about things to do, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The breakfast was nice, with the added bonus of freshly cooked eggs every morning. The room was huge, the bed was comfortable and the location is perfect. For anyone looking to walk about Hanoi, this is the hotel to be in. The old town is less than 10 minutes away, the temple of literature is walkable and the food choices nearby are great. The also sorted out a taxi to the airport for us at a really good price, so I recommend using this service with them too.

Cozy hotel within walking distance of Hanoi Old Town and train street, with many cafés, restaurants and shops in close proximity. Staff are extremely welcoming and helpful, and truly made our stay special. Would highly recommend.
