It was our second time staying at the Splendid Star Hotel and Spa and just once again had a really great stay. The staff is always friendly and accommodating and the manager also upgraded us to a bigger room for free. The staff really go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and hassle free as possible. The hotel is very well located in old quarter and close to all attractions. When we visit Hanoi in the future we will definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone. Thank you

The staff (Rose, John and Ding Dong) were amazing and very friendly! Also the manager had organised a very nice Christmas party for everyone! We had a great massage and we had our laundry done as well. Excellent location!

Allowed early checkin even though we arrived on the morning train, upgraded us to a larger room as my wife was feeling unwell and also helped with arranging tour. Very helpful owner and staff

The staff were fantastic. Mr Harry and his colleagues were all extremely kind and accommodating and made sure my time here was as perfect as it could be. They also offer trips to Ha Giang Loop, Sappa and Halong Bay and I definitely think I would book with them!
