A perfect hotel with very nice staff. It is located directly in the centre of the Old Town, so the main attractions, good restaurants and money exchanges are very close. The breakfasts are rich and delicious. Also the staff was very nice, polite and helpful. They also provide transfers and city tours. Me and all my friends really liked this hotel.

Absolutely friendly and amazing staff (all of them!) & great location with plenty of restaurants, spa, convenience store, all within walking distance. Train street is also just a short walk. I highly recommend this hotel 👍

This was our second stay here, and we thoroughly enjoyed both visits! The hotel is conveniently located in the old town yet remains less busy than other areas, making it easy to explore on foot. Our room was spacious, very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The staff was always incredibly kind and helpful; during our first stay, when one of us wasn’t feeling well, they did everything to make us comfortable. Additionally, we used their laundry service and were very happy with it—our clothes came back clean, smelling fresh, and at a reasonable price.
