The location was perfect to explore Hanoi and the Hoan Kiem lake nearby. Having breakfast included helped us to stay fed until dinner. Good selection of cooked and cold asian dishes. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

The hotel was smaller than expected but I'm not staying in the lobby. The room was spotless, although on the small side, it was enough for what we needed. The staff were amazing and could not do enough for you. I can't comment on the breakfast as I did not have it The location was fantastic.

Great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful and provided advice regarding tours. The room was comfortable and a good size. Breakfast was ample and varied.
