The hotel is in an amazing location. Staff are so lovely and helpful. Roof top bar amazing. Hillary was lovely chatting to us on most nights . I would highly recommend . Thanks for adding to our great holiday .

Breakfast was good, with a variety of cold and hot dishes to select from. The breakfast service from the staff was excellent. The room was spacious enough and quite comfortable. For the room rate paid (incl. breakfast), we considered this great value for our Hanoi stay.
