Great location overlooking the beautiful beach. Hotel staff were friendly and caring and Emma (customer relations manager) was particularly helpful and kind. We would recommend this hotel to family and friends in Australia.

The staff were extremely helpful and able to deal with everything quickly and efficiently. This included questions about the room, luggage storage, return visits, our account, and the provision of a packed breakfast for an early departure. Very comfortable bed and genuine lake view (if requested at booking). All facilities you would expect from a more expensive corporate hotel.
