The apartment was huge and really well equipped with all you need. Very comfortable and clean, with nice big pool outside. The location was excellent, right next to train street and only 15 min walk to lake in old quarter. Staff were friendly and helpful, I recommend this place for families and groups, really good value for money.

Very large apartment and the location was awesome. Literally 50 metres from Train Street. But no noise, well insulated. You can see it from your window. The kitchen was well supplied, even though we ate out each day as there are so many places to eat nearby. Used the washing machine and the dryer, which was a great bonus to have. I would definitely recommend this for a large family.

HUGE. The apartment is on two levels with two bathrooms - one with an actual bath! We were only there for one night but it would be have been ideal for a longer visit. Washing machine and dryer, full kitchen, lots of hot water.

There was no breakfast available at Mayfair Hanoi which wasn't a problem because there's the choice of traditional Vietnamese food, French Patisseries and fresh food market stalls across the road.
