Great location, clean and friendly staff. Staff went above and beyond for our stay especially Mr.Frodo. He took time out of his day to show us all the popular places for food and coffee, booked us a reasonably priced taxi to the airport and even packed us breakfast when we were leaving at 6am. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the old quarter of Hanoi and would stay again!

This was our second stay at the Maya Botique hotel. Mr Frodo once again displayed calm and professionalism when dealing with demanding and aggressive guests. Excellent customer service. Good location clean rooms and plenty of hot water

The staff were exceptional especially Mr Frodo who always went the extra yard to enhance our stay. His assistant Ms Leotus was also a great help. A simple but excellent breakfast was served daily from 7am. Rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels. Showers piping hot. Everything in Old Quarter is only a short walk. The furtherest is Train Street approximately 1.4km
