Friendly and professional staff team, including Spa and restaurant staff. Well located to walk to many sights and shopping. Early room checkin at 8am after a long flight and room upgrade to enable early check-in was a great beginning to the stay. Skybar has awesome lake and city views. Restaurant also excellent food, both Vietnamese and European menus with a view from the 12th floor across the lake/city

The staff were very very friendly, especially the male staff when we went to go get breakfast was very nice and made a great start to the day.
