The hotel was very nice and clean, with comfy beds and amazing showers. The highlight was the staff, with excellent English they were very helpful recommending things to do in the city and food spots. They always greeted me with a warm smile and hello making me feel very welcome and comfortable during my stay. I also liked the free afternoon tea offered as it is a great way to take a break from the Hanoi heat. If I return I will definitely be staying here again!
