I love everything about this hotel. The manager Chloe and all staff was very helpfull even since before I arrived. The room is cleaning. I booked the room with balcony but the sound of crowd outside never bothering us while stay hêre. The location in middle Old Quarter so it's near to go everywhere. If i come to Hanoi again, I will stay here again for sure.

Hotel was beautiful and staff were extremely friendly and helpful during my stay especially Kenny. Also received a room upgrade free of charge. Highly recommend staying here

Friendly and helpful staff. The location is good and you can walk to places of attraction from there. There is one halal kebab place nearby for our muslim friends.
