Amazing hotel in the centre of Hanoi. Absolutely the best part of the whole stay was the staff, they were always smiling, helping in any way they could, even after check out. The breakfasts were very good, part was a buffet including fruits and deserts and part was food from a menu prepared by the chef. The room was also nice, smaller but cozy and clean. Overall it was a wonderful hotel and I would definitely recommend it.

We've stayed at Hotel Lavender three times during our trip through Vietnam, and it would definitely be our choice again if we return to Hanoi. The staff is incredibly kind, the building is beautiful, and the room was spacious, super and clean bright. This last time, even though we had bookings of two different room categories, they kindly gave us the superior one for both nights. They also let us have breakfast the night before since we had an early departure. Amazing breakfast by the way. A special thanks to Hanna, who was always helpful and attentive — even when we weren't staying at the hotel. She truly made our stay even better.
