The best thing about this hotel is the staff , every person we encountered was so helpful and easy to deal with , check in and check out is a breeze and they can help you with tours or any general questions you have Location is good you can walk to beer street Room was clean and comfy , TV had netflicks Breakfast was really good .

The Hotel is perfectly located to discover vibrant Hanoi by foot. All staff members are super friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar is perfect to have break from the busy streets and enjoy an awesome view over the city.
