Owner is a good person. I always had fresh water. I also was allowed to leave some of my bags in their storage when I was leaving to another place. I lived here in 2 apartments — on the 6th and 7th floor. Both are pretty cozy and nice. 7th floor: very big apartment, a lot of space, panoramic windows, a lot of light in the room, a balcony, an additional mattress which you can use except bed. 6th floor: smaller apartment, but still pretty spacious, with big window too.

Its comfortable apartment for family, you have fridge in the room and beds are comfortable. It was nice stay with children. The view is pretty nice. We liked that its not in the middle of Hanoi (too noisy there). You can always take cheap taxi to get wherever. Owner was kind and helpful and helped us to get from airport to apartment by car ~10PM.

The staff was super kind and helpful. They helped us to book a doctor appointment and rent a motorbike. The location is quite far from French Quarter, but super close to so many restaurants and small food stalls. The room is super big as well.
