It was just fantastic - the service beyond expectation and room was clean and very comfortable even the extra bed was top! and the buffet was served with great variety of food and fresh juice. service top and I highly recommend this place for those who are looking for great service, food, and romantic place. it is slightly out of the main hanoi old quarter but taxi is easy.

They were catering to us. Our rooms were far apart and I have 3 children with high needs. They offered to put us all together in a bigger space.

Beautiful hotel and lovely Sunset bar. Breakfast was amazing with many delicious choices. I didn't personally dine in the restaurant, but my acquaintance did and had an amazing, well-priced meal.
