Despite it is some distance off the busiest Old Quarter, the hotel is well located. Grab from the hotel to the airport and the tourist attractions / business centre around is about 30 mins. The staff is most friendly and kind, always helpful and attentive to details. The breakfast is really good. It has all kind of food that you can think of. The pho bo here very good in Hanoi, although I had sth even better in HCMC some years ago. The view from our room is nice (we were upgraded to classic overwater lake view room). A few small things that did make the stay a little bit imperfect: 1) the room is smaller than expected, 2) the shower bar is loosen and not fixed over the period of our stay, the TV is not working properly. Anyway, I like the hotel which is more than just good.

Beautiful hotel by a large lake. We upgraded to lake view & glad we did as the view was beautiful. Room was spotless & the housekeeping lady was lovely. It was my birthday & when we arrived to our room there was a beautiful cake & amazing fruit basket. The breakfast buffet was exceptional & the breakfast staff super friendly & professional. We ate most evenings in the restaurant & had room service, food was excellent. Reception staff too were friendly & professional. The swimming pool was clean & really enjoyed lying on the comfy beds surrounding the pool. The porters at the entrance of hotel were a credit to the hotel , friendly & helpful, loved the buggy rides to our room . We then went on to stay in the centre of Hanoi & stayed in the Silk path boutique hotel which was just as high standard. Fantastic holiday. Thank you
