Everything!! Staff!! Hotel! Location! Before we arrived we had contacted the hotel about a sleeper bus to Sapa. They responded instantly and had it arranged very quickly. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were made to feel so welcome. Julie and all the staff were terrific and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast and the food in the restaurant were delicious. Great location in the old town, easy to walk everywhere. Would definitely stay here again.!!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, and its staff is eager to assist us. Justin, the Hotel Manager, provides valuable information about dining and Attraction options. Jennis, the travel desk offers multiple options to visit Ha Long Bay. Tina, Cara, and Tulia were always available to address any questions and attentive to our needs. We had a great time.
