The staff are super friendly and keen to help even with the tiniest of things. They helped us Keeping bags between trips, booking trips, taxis, restaurants. Suggestions of restaurants. Looked after meds for us that had to be kept at a set temperature and were happy to have a chat. The breakfast is another plus point and the bed we had for our last stay was just HUGE. We will be returning to this hotel on our next trip. The location is brilliant being right in the old district.

The location is good. The staff is excelent, very helpful, there access to day tours and such is good. The breakfast was good as well.
