Very close to the Old Quarter and just a couple of minutes walk from the lake. Breakfast in the restaurant was nice. The rooftop bar was nice. Staff were great and Chloe was really helpful. When we were leaving all the staff came to wave us off. Recommend it.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. The staff were amazing! A big thank you to Jasper who went above and beyond to help us. Our breakfast was excellent and we have already recommended this hotel to friends coming to Hanoi!

Friendly, helpful staff, excellent breakfast for the size of the property, was able to pay reasonable upgrade fee to bigger room. Very central to main shopping street, Hang Gai.
