After a month of travelling with the girls my father arranged for me to stay here prior to travelling on to meet family. An absolute 5* experience for a girl travelling on her own from the chauffeur pickup at the airport, to a beautiful room with all the amenities a girl could want, to dinner and a breakfast that was superb. The Roof Top Bar was totally cool and was serving great cocktails. Loved the fact that Ms.Nikki of the hotel had been able to arrange for my father to be able to prepay to the hotel so everything was arranged. Loved the hotel. Staff were fantastic and helpful.

All of the staff are lovely, very polite and helpful. Special shout out for Rosie, who organised a Halong Bay cruise for us, which was wonderful. The rooms are nice and clean and the hotel is in a Central location. The pool is small but perfectly adequate for a cool down and swim.

Great Hotel for exploring the old part of town. Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. Nice rooftop pool and bar to unwind after the bustle of the city.
