We loved this place! Location was great, the rooms clean and spacious . Plus the staff is super nice and helpful. We stay for 3 days, then we had to come back to Hanoi for 5 days and of course we stayed there again :) I would definitely recommend this place.

Staff were very friendly. Young man helped me carry my bag up the stairs. The lady at reception was very polite. She'd messaged me earlier in the day via WhatsApp with instructions on how to check in. She was quick to respond when I messaged her the next day. I could pay by card (3% fee but I expected that). There was a kettle and hair dryer in the room. The aircon unit was good. It's within walking distance of lots of things (everything within 30 mins). The bed was comfy. The towels were soft.

Hot shower, air con worked, central location. Very basic room but for a very cheap price you can’t expect anything lavish, staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again in fact we tried to when we came back to Hanoi but was fully booked!
