The Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa was a great experience for us on our recent visit to Vietnam. As soon as I booked, I received a message from their sales executive (concierge), Mr Antony Nguyen. He was so helpful I can't thank him enough. Before we left home, he helped in arranging tours, hotel transfers, airport fast-track, and made all necessary changes when our outbound flights were canceled. He also helped with itinerary suggestions and bookings once we were on our way to central and Southern Vietnam. I feel like I have a new friend in Vietnam! The hotel is small but perfectly situated and with pleasant rooms, bathrooms and a lovely koi water feature in the check-in area. The restaurant serves a very nice buffet breakfast that will set you on your way for the day. It is easy to recommend this hotel and its helpful staff.
