Well located in the Old Town - easy to get around by Grab bike. Really liked the French bistro around the corner though quite expensive. Avoid the Skybar - it was deserted & cold. Very helpful & friendly front desk staff

Good location close to the old quartets but not in the middle of all the noise. Local cafes and restaurants direct near hotel which are frequented by locals so not tourist. If you ride the local bus the hotel has bus stop direct outside. All staff speak very good English so easy to organize any extra travel arrangements.

Location and staff were excellent. Though we were on the first floor, outside noise didn’t bother us and we slept soundly.

Breakfast area - the sitting area was small and menu was limited but enough that we found something, my 10 year old had eggs that were ready made by a wonderfully friendly cook. There was toast and coffee, pho, made to order eggs, salad and water/ watermelon juice. Staff - very kind and willing to help. The cleaners and cook were nice as well. Room - large and spacious with 2 double beds. The mattresses were foamy and hard to sleep- some may like this type though. We had a balcony with 2 little chairs and plants to make it more pleasant. It was tidied when asked with clean sheets and towels. Area- we were there for New Years and it was a perfect location to get downtown and back with ease. Wifi & TV - there was basis cable and there were a few English programs available. Internet was solid as well.
