The service was wonderful from Rachel & other staff too. Clean, air conditioned, comfy bed, quiet room with a TV too. Very good place to recharge our energy for 2 nights.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Siva. The room was very clean and restocked every day. We had a very good breakfast each morning before heading out. Rachel at the tour desk was exceptional. She organized all our tours and taxis and l can't thank her enough. She organized Halong Bay and Nim Binh tours for us both of which we highly recommend. A big thank you to Rachel and all the very friendly staff at Siva Luxury Hotel you were awesome 😊
