This was my 2nd time staying in this hotel as it is in an excellent location in the old quarter. Central to everything. The owners and staff are amazing, very friendly, and helpful. Trips and transfers can also be booked here and are great value with high standards of transportation. Will definitely stay again when in Hanoi.

No restaurant. We were delighted with the staff. Very kind - they upgraded our room & we were so pleased we stayed an extra 3 days & will return from our visit to SaPa for 2 more nights before moving onto Denang. The location was absolutely Perfect. We were able to walk everywhere in the old quarter - no need for cabs. But when we wanted to use a cab the staff would call trusted operators for us. All front people spoke excellent English. And very best of all was the Travel Agent who book our entire package for SaPa, our flight to DeNang, our day trip to DeLong, & even our return trip from DeNang to Bangkok!!! Before returning to Canada.

Very comfortable and great location. However we did book a taxi to the airport for 4:30am through the hotel which never showed up, with no one awake at the time to ask about it we ended up having to book a grab last minute, luckily making our flight in time.
