Wonderfu,l attentive, knowledgeable staff. Great location for easy access to most things in Hà Nội city center. Excellent breakfast choices and very tasty. Will probably stay again on my next adventure.

The hotel was centrally located and close to all tourist attractions with many restaurants in walking distance and a great little restaurant just diagonally opposite the restaurant and at the corner, the best Bhan Mi's. The room with balcony was fantastic, and on the top floor is the bar where we could order from and they brought everything to the room. They make the best cocktails ever!! The service from reception is outstanding. From the collection at the airport to booking our transfers to Sa Pa. The team even checked us in at the airport, as they knew we were arriving late from Sa Pa, just before we flew to Da Nang. Definitely highly recommended.
