Excellent location, easy to access most of the main attractions around the old quarter. Staff are super friendly and the hotel is really comfortable. Excellent breakfast, decent little gym and a roof top bar with beautiful views.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Hanoi Paon. All the staff were so kind and accommodating, just couldn't do enough for us. We had a twin bed room and the rooms were quite spacious, beds and pillows were comfy, and bathroom was lovely and clean. Daily breakfast was awesome, with fantastic views of Hanoi from the dining room. Located in Old Town, so everything was very close.

The facilities at the hotel were great. The pool was hot which was unexpected but very much enjoyed. Breakfast had a large selection The staff were amazing, with particular thanks to Mr Dylan! He was so helpful and always greeted me with a lovely friendly smile
