The location is fantastic and the facilities were excellent. The pool is undercover but you also have the option of sunbaking on the roof, if you need to take a break from sightseeing! It’s close to the lake and all of the action of Hanoi, very accessible to beer st, old quarter, etc. The buffet breakfast had a great selection to get you started for the day. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The warmest welcome Alice and every other staff member could not have helped us with all requests. The room was spotless clean .the bed was so comfortable which helped us all settle into the time difference and get over the jet lag faster

The Paon Hotel and Spa is conveniently located in Hanoi. A really good hotel with everything you need. What made the real difference was the staff- very friendly and helpful.

Great location in the old quarter, pool was warm, rooftop bar very nice in the evening but closes around 10pm. Room was good - had a bit of a damp smell in room and corridor but was clean, modern, comfy bed and good shower. Breakfast was nice buffet style with good choice.

The Paon hotel is located very centrally in Hanoi Old Town. Therefore it comes with a noisy surrounding, but no complaints because that's usual with staying in a city center. The staff is nice and caring. Our room was a bit small and the door to the bathroom was extremely (!!!) noisy to open, which was the biggest minus during our stay there. It is clean and breakfast was okay and the bar is nice too.
