The rooms were very good. The first night, our room had a bad smell but reception were really nice and helpful, and moved our room as soon as we requested it. The breakfast was good, with lots of variety and drinks. Great location for sightseeing.

Great choice for the centre of bustling Hanoi, within walking distance of the Hoan Kiem lake, the nearby temples, French Quarter, Train Street, and Thang Long water puppet theatre. Our window family room was well equipped, though don't expect much of a view from the window unless your room is facing the (noisy) street. You do get a fantastic 12th floor view of the city at breakfast (an extensive buffet mixing western and Vietnamese) and the 11th floor pool (small but perfect for relaxation after a day dodging motorbikes on the streets). Other must-visit sights (Temple of Literature, Ho Chi Minh complex, West Lake's pagoda, the ruins of the Imperial City) are short Grab/taxi rides away, and there are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding streets. We'd happily return here.

Great location, great staff, nice rooftop and gym was good. Enjoyed breakfast and bed was comfortable. No ac in gym but some fans and a bit of open air. I liked the ropes and good treadmill and bike.
