Walking distance to many attractions. Staff extremely helpful and attentive. Jeff was a great source of information to help us navigate the city. Room was very clean and functional. Great Air Conditioning!!!

Mr Jeff and his staff were so professional and friendly our cruise to Ha Long bay was canceled after one night and he found us accommodation in Hanoi even though he was fully booked while we were stressing out on the bus back would recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel is located just in the centre and very close to hoen kiem lake and market area is very close to the hotel and staffs are very polite, they helped in every way, we took a balcony room
