The room was spotless, the beds were comfy and the location was exceptional. The staff were also lovely to deal with and were very kind.

This hotel was such a nice place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. They did our laundry, gave us great suggestions on places to see and organised a car to take us to the airport. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our travel was broken up into 3 separate days but the staff were very helpful and looked after our luggage while doing the Ha Giang loop. The room was clean and the bed comfortable and they provided a very extensive breakfast which catering for everyone. No request was too great and the reception staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I recently stayed at the Nostalgia Hotel in Hanoi, and it was an unforgettable experience! The hotel beautifully blends traditional Vietnamese decor with modern comforts, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. The staff truly made my stay exceptional—they were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my visit. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious mix of local and international dishes, perfect for starting the day. Plus, the hotel’s central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions like the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake. Overall, I highly recommend Nostalgia Hotel for its charm, comfort, and amazing staff! I can't wait to return!

The hotel is centrally located in the Old Town. Everywhere is walking distance. It’s right in the centre of the action. The rooms, however, are quiet. Not so quiet that you can’t hear the tooting of horns, but quiet enough. The rooms very very clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was good. The reception staff are lovely and friendly. The pool area is lovely. Miss Kym and her team on the tour desk could not to enough for us. They were amazing. We will be back to Hanoi and back to Hotel Nostalgia. We highly recommend

Perfect location on beer street and in the midst of old town nothing too much for the staff. The lady on tour desk I think Kim is so helpful really knowledgeable and went far beyond her job to make sure our stay was perfect

We loved the staff at this hotel. They were so kind and helpful even after we arrived back a day after checking out. The location is perfect. You can walk everywhere! Shower was amazing too.
