Property was conveniently located in Old Quarter and walking distance to Hoam Kiem Lake. Staff were excellent - helpful and friendly. Room was spacious. Laundry services cheap and efficient. Pool to use at the end of the day lovely. Would recommend and return

The reception when we arrived was one of the most genuine I've ever had, ever. The pool was refreshing (we threw the kids in but didn't get in ourselves, but the kids loved it) The staff were great and the breakfast team was so friendly. There weren't many vegetarian options so the staff helped me navigate the breakfast buffet.

We stayed here at the start of our trip, and at the end of our journey, had a lovely room, all we wanted , lovely staff as well , slept well and ate well, nice big balcony were we could see the world go by
