The staff is super friendly and supportive during my time staying at their property. My room has a stunning view to Hoan Kiem Lake with a small balcony, which is really suit for relaxing and having great conversations. The location is at the Old Quarter of Hanoi, you can find everything you need just by walking out of the hotel: food, drinks, historical locations, etc.

The location of the property is superb. No doubt about it being in the prime location. Everything is nearby and at a walkable distance. The staff was polite and good. They also helped me with the bookings for the Nin Binh one day tour.

Very good location as the night market and the Old Quarter in general is very, very near the hotel. Breakfast was also really good.
