Everything about this hotel was excellent. But note some comments below about when you come to book. Location, right in the Old Quarter and close to all the sights. The hotel will arrange everything for you. Breakfast was good, with a cook to order option. Omelette is excellent. Rooms are comfortable, with aircon. Bathroom excellent. Cleaned every day. Super rooftop bar. Amazing staff. Very good prices.

Great room to enjoy the NYE fireworks from our balcony, we could not have been happier. breakfast had plenty of choices and it was nice to be able to order hot options required. The staff could not have been more helpful, and it was so fabulous to be able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we went to Ha Long Bay and then to Sapa before we returned to Hanoi and Media Hotel. Fabulous location - so convenient to food, coffee and tourist sites

Everyone was welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel is great, you can do everything by walking around. Lots of street foods and office booking all around. The bedroom was clean and confortable. The breakfast was really good.
