We have stayed for our honeymoon and received a cake for breakfast which was really nice. The staff are all super kind and helpful, the room is confy, but if you don’t book a room with a view it won’t have window. We stayed in a room without window, which was quite but dark. The hotel is very well located in the oldtown, easy to walk around.

We had a really great stay at Hanoi Media Hotel and Spa. The customer service was excellent – friendly and attentive. A big thank you to Joy, Jenny and Huy, who were absolutely wonderful and made us feel very welcome. We stayed here twice, and both times we had a room without windows. For one night it was perfectly fine, and we really appreciated how quiet it was – no noise from the street. Breakfast was good, and we also enjoyed the small rooftop bar with a nice view. During our stay we tried the spa and wellness services, which were absolutely fantastic. The massage was excellent, and I even got a beautiful manicure. The hotel also helped us arrange a taxi to the airport, which made everything very smooth. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially thanks to the outstanding service and hospitality.

The hotel is situated at the heart of old quarter, close to the lake. The room is immaculately clean and good value.
