Evelyn on the front desk was amazing , organised all our trips . Our laundry everything was perfect . She is a huge asset to this hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean , and the breakfast the best we have had in vietnam. The French toast and pancakes amazing. If you are going on the ha giang loop or Cat Ba or wherever , Evelyn will sort this out. Thank you all the staff at the hanoi little town hotel

We had a lovely stay at the hotel - in a great central spot for getting around and close to lots of the best bars, coffee shops and restaurants. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was delicious had a mix of everything you’d want. The bathroom needed an update but apart from that a great stay

The receptionist, Evelynn was amazing and made it so memorable. Thank you sooo much Evelynn. But the room was so humid when we arrived that the bed was damp, the air con is super old, the bedsheets had some stains, one lamp didn’t work. Location is great, not in the middle of the old town which is too busy and loud.

This is a great hotel right in the heart of the Old Quarter. Evelyn was fantastic and super helpful. Breakfast plentiful including fresh fruit. Good value for money. Rooms decent size. Nothing too much trouble.
