Customer service is good, our room was at the end of the hallway on the 3rd floor with no elevator, but thankfully the bellboy kindly helped carry our bags. Staff are friendly and nice throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated.

The best location in Hanoi, great rooms and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Close to everything in the Old quarter. Beer street is just around the corner and lots of shopping in all directions.
