Stayed at the terrace room and it was spacious and had all I needed, staffs were amazing really, haven’t seen that kind of service anywhere else in Vietnam.

The staff and their excellent communication were the best thing about this accomodation. We had prompt emails from the manager around our arrival time, if we needed transport from the airport, and to provide information around tours. The reception was staffed 24/7 which was so helpful for late check ins or leaving baggage after check out, and also made us feel generally safe and supported. The young people on reception were friendly, eager to help, and spoke English well. They were quick to respond to any enquiry we had, and were concerned with our comfort and experience. They went out of their way to go above and beyond our expectations. There was daily housekeeping and a change over of bins, towels, and water. We loved having a room with a window and balcony, and enjoyed having the tv this stay. I was unwell during my stay and bed bound for a day, so these additional things provided comfort while recovering in the hotel room.

The staff were the most friendly and helpful, thank you so much for such a wonderful stay. The hotel is located in the old quarter of Hanoi just a short walk from the lake. We loved sitting out on the terrace at night. Thank you La Cascada house and travel for a lovely stay.
