Firstly the owner of the property was exceptionally helpful. Unfortunately, my wife had been involved in an accident and needed to travel to Hanoi via bus with a broken hand. I notified the owner that she would require some assistance on arrival. Instead, he offered to pick her up from the Bus terminal and went out of his way to ensure she was looked after. Once I arrived he checked in on us every day to make sure everything was OK and if we needed anything. He was also helpful with tips on things to do and see around Hanoi. As for the accommodation, it is well placed within walking distance of the action of Hanoi. It is in a little laneway which also makes for a great experience exploring Hanoi. It is close to food, cafes, chemists, bars & restaurants and there is a laundromat just around the corner for convenience. The bed was extremely large and comfortable. Overall a great location & very helpful owner.

The property was in the heart of the city where everything was easily accessible. The stay was super pleasant and fantastic hospitality provided by the staffs. The rooms were very clean and very well maintained. The breakfast provided was too good. This property was worth every penny and I would definitely recommend it.

We recently stayed a couple nights here and have to say that Peter and the team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantatsic. Peter even arranged surprise decorations and cake for my wife on arrival as it was in the lead up to her birthday. The location of the hotel is brilliant, with great food and shopping options at your doorstep and the room was spotless - way better than the previous hotel we had been in!

Right in the middle of Hanoi. Nothing spectacular when one first sees the building, but, you'll be very pleasantly surprised when you reach your room. The most amazing coffee shops 3 minutes walk from the front door. Peter was so helpful, booking tours and providing information and experiences for first time Hanoi visitors.

Definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed at anywhere. Great location. Breakfast buffet is always fresh and plentyful but if you want to order something off of the menu that is an option as well with both western and Vietnamese options. The owner also books tours and transportation if needed and can help you find anything you need (like laundry service for us). Definitely stay here. You won't regret it.
