Location was amazing - walking distance to everything! Less than 2 minutes to bars and cafes. Kent and Rose were so helpful and lovely.

The location was in the middle of the old quarter, for the bad and good of that, but when we slept with the air-conditioner on it was quite enough. And the big plus was Rosie, who helped us to book the buses for everywhere in vietnam.

Staff let us check our very late as we were waiting for our transport. Staff helped out with transport and laundry etc. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good location too.

I was pleasantly surprised about this accommodation. The location is great, was very clean, had an elevator and was quite spacious. The staff were insanely lovely which made my stay even more special. There was an issue where my power didn't work when I got back to my accommodation late at night and even though it was at 10pm it was fixed within an hour. I booked a transfer bus from Sapa through the hotel and the staff went above and beyond. They messaged me confirming the time, asking if I was on the way to the station, at the station, on the bus, how I was travelling. I've never had that kind of hospitality with an overnight bus before and it was very lovely.
