Nice room with balcony, however it’s on a loud street in the old town but that didn’t bother us. WiFi worked well and they offered laundry services.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hostel in Hanoi. What really stands out is the kindness and friendliness of the entire staff, they always have a smile on their faces and speak perfect English, which makes everything so easy. Upon arrival, they even provide you with a very helpful guide full of recommended restaurants and tips to explore the city in the best way possible. They also arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport with an excellent driver, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. Both nights we stayed, we arrived quite late, yet the receptionist stayed up waiting for us. Far from being tired or unfriendly, he welcomed us with a big smile that immediately made us feel at home. We stayed for two separate nights, and during the days in between they kindly kept our luggage free of charge, which made our trip so much easier. I couldn’t be more grateful for their help. As for the hostel itself, it’s definitely great value for money: the air conditioning works perfectly, the location is unbeatable (you can walk to all the main attractions), and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Hanoi, this is the one. Highly recommended!
