We stayed 5 nights at this charming, friendly and incredibly well located boutique hotel. Enjoyed being able to relax on the rooftop. Well priced and most of all exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. A special mention to Chloe and Ben. They shared a wealth of knowledge about where to make the most of our visit.in the city. The location allows you to readily access a wide range of places of interest across the city.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Greeting at our arrival was very welcoming, breakfast wonderful with a huge variety of food and the staff was lovely. The room we got was very cozy as well. Big thank you to Cloé and her colleagues.

This was such a peaceful haven to retreat to when the noise of Hanoi gets too much. The staff were excellent and attentive, the bedroom and bathroom were perfectly clean and in great condition, very comfortable bed, and the breakfast was great and varied as well. Loved our stay here.

Good friendly staff. Very good cleaning, never bothered me while in in the room, but it was always super tidy when I got back. The location is great. The air conditioner was a bit older but fully functional. Comfy bed, and the room was quiet enough, not too much noise. All over, it is great value for the money!

The staff here are amazing especially Chloe who responded to all my messages before we left and was so helpful with some issues i was having with my evisa. The room was lovely with a very comfortable bed and lovely breakfast. We arrived early from our flight and were able to rest in the foyer. The location is amazing, very close to everything. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great little hotel, in the heart of the Old Quarter, central to most things to see & do. Staff were very friendly. Chloe & Ben were very helpful if we needed information about things. Another staff member helped us organize a day trip to Halong Bay.
