Exceptional experience from start to finish. The manager (Lena) was phenomenal - helped us organise a ride to/from the airport, plan our trip, upgraded our room (for free), and gave recommendations for restaurants / places to go / things to see. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and large, and the breakfast was great. 11/ 10...will stay here again.

The staff were super helpful and shared information , also gave us a map of the local area. The hotel was clean and modern. the room was cozy and comfortable, good shower and bathroom area too. We had breakfast which was a nice selection and in a lovely little restaurant on the 8th floor . Coffee with a view. We also used the laundry service, we had it back the same day! We would definitely stay again.

Great location in old Hanoi quarter, walking distance to most sites and activities, street room but very quite well soundproof, staff supporting and arranging on time transfer from and to airport, great breakfast buffet!

First of all is the location. It is in the Old Quarter, and therefore almost everything is readily accessible, starting from the lake. There was no breakfast when we went so I cant comment on that. The room I stayed in was for 4 persons- we were 3- so it more than sufficed. The persons at the reception: Lena, Kris are outstanding. Very friendly hotel staff. Would strongly recommend booking here.

Perfect location in the Old Quartier. Very helpful stuff: Kris helped me organize all my trips :) Very delicious asian breakfast and an amazing rooftop where you can have breakfast. My room was large. And anyway I love Hanoi, the Old Quartier and the Vietnamese people.:)))
