hotel with an excellent location. It’s in the old town, but on a quieter street, so it’s peaceful in the evenings. Everything is easily within walking distance. The staff are extremely helpful. We had a small mix-up — not even the hotel’s fault — but they immediately offered us a better room. Upon departure, they arranged airport transport for us, which was very convenient and stress-free. The rooms are very nice and just like in the pictures.

Absolutely amazing stay! Grace, Kate, and team were fantastic! The entire staff’s friendliness and warmth made sure our stay was memorable. Experienced the spa and it was clean and very professional. The breakfast had a wide range of selection and was delicious. We’ve already stayed here twice during our time in Vietnam and I’ll definitely recommend this place to others!
