This hotel is absolutely the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Everything was just perfect. The location being right in the old quarter but away from the noise. The staff were kind, attentive, friendly and nothing was too much of a problem. Shout out to Jimmy and Kim who looked after us like family, arranged our trips and ensured we had the best experience. The bedroom was clean, tidy a great size with a large window, and the air conditioning was just what we needed after a hot day out and about. All in all a super experience. We hope the rest of our hotels in Vietnam live up to this standard.
