Fantastic staff - very welcoming and happy. Aircon in room was amazing. Great location. Shower tap was a bit weird and hard to adjust but once it was adjusted it was lovely and warm and great pressure. Basic bathroom supplies provided so no need to carry extras. We booked the room without window and this was fine too.

The staff (Anna, jazmin and the lady for breakfast) are the best!!! The hotel is beautiful, breakfast good and the staff is amazing!! If we could we give them a 11!! Thank you for all your help!!
