the place thrives on the friendliness and attitude of the staff and how great the location is. truly in the old quarter just a street away from everything. the staff were so smooth with check-in and check out and were always incredibly helpful, directed us to nearest hospital in time of need which was very useful. breakfast was good, rooftop was a lovely viewpoint but we didn't see it at night. also really well maintained cleaning service which is nice to see in such a busy hostel.

- Friendly and helpful staff - Rooftop bar with restaurant (good food for a low price) - very good breakfast - free beer from 6-7 pm - easy check in/check out - rooms were cleaned everyday - ac in the room - directly located in the old quarter - many offers for tours (free walking tour, food tour, pub crawl, Ha Giang Loop, Halong Bay Hideway, Sapa Trekking and so on) - organizing a transfer for you from the airport - free water refill
