Nice central location in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Staff were friendly and assisted with any requests. Good air conditioning in room and privacy in bunks due to thick curtains. Lockers are big. Room and bathroom were clean. I would return.

Because of the flight, I had to stay one night longer and arrived in the early morning, but the staff responded promptly and told me not to worry. The bar on the rooftop was also very good and I met friends from different countries.
