The location is excellent, you're close to everything. Even the night market is within walking distance. I'd also like to thank Chi, Tu, and Quang for their kindness and the very helpful staff.

We booked this last Minuit as had to change our plans because of a monsoon. It was in a good central location. This was the only hotel out of the 5 we stayed at that has a magnifying mirror, which was great for my chin whiskers. :) Styaff were nice food was ok.

We stayed for one night. The location is convenient but quite noisy during the day. The room was clean, but the lighting was very dim and the hair dryer’s power was too weak — very hard to dry long hair. The balcony lock was also spoiled, so it couldn’t be secured properly. Staff were polite and helpful, but overall the room could use brighter lighting and better maintenance.

The staff were amazing! So helpful even before we arrived. The communication was easy and smooth. We booked our Halong bay boat trip through the hotel. The process was straightforward and all transfers were easy and we felt very supported. The location was also great.
