The location of the hotel is really good. It is just beside the main road with some good Indian restaurants nearby and the train street is just 700 m away. They arranged car for us to drop us at airport within a short time.

We booked the room to use for the day between returning from our Ha Long Bay cruise and our Sapa train in the evening so we didn't actually spend the night but rather about 6 hours. We needed a place near the train station where we could shower, repack our suitcases, research items via the web and go out to eat dinner. The hotel met all those needs. The shower was nice and hot with good pressure, the wifi worked great and the staff was excellent. We booked a room without a window since we were going to stay just a short time and it fulfilled our needs perfectly. Was quieter than other rooms we had in Hanoi since there wasn't a window!

Very friendly staff, the location is very good, so you can walk to old town, nice hotel to stay if you come to Hanoi. They give a good recommended places to eat, to visit. The breakfast is very good, thanks all of you who give us a nice days in Hanoi, we will come back again

The location was great and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay going above and beyond to ensure things went smoothly. Very close to Train Street, shopping, bars, street food, lake, etc. Great place to stay if you are not looking for luxury.

Manager Albert and front desk staff and bellboy are the kindest staff you want to meet on every overseas trip. Their warm hospitality put a great end to our Vietnam trip.
