The hotel was really good. All Staff were very polite and welcoming. Cherry, helped us lot by providing necesary local informations. Excellent service. Strongly recommended 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The staff is really friendly, specially Ms Cherry, who helped us a lot with booking tours, buying sim cards, and even booking a bus out of Hanoi. Great location and everything very clean. Great breakfast.

The hotel is situated in the centre of the old quarter. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Booked room was not given. Air conditioners were ineffective. Although the property is good, the maintenance left much to be desired. Cherry and the other receptionists were very helpful. Alex sat there without any expression! Strange person to be in hospitality industry! Free water was available at the reception over and above the two 500 ml water in the room. Breakfast was good.
