The staff are super friendly and helpful. Ms Anna was super helpful in arranging our tours and airport transfers whilst we stayed at the hotel. Great communication and really helpful! We stayed with our 13 year old and the hotel is ideally located in Hanoi.

Wonderful place to stay in Hanoi. All of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Delicious breakfast. Comfortable bed, clean room and air conditioning. Bathroom was well supplied with toiletries.
