The staff were super helpful. They actioned as soon as we told them about any concerns. We had kids and we wanted room on first floor as the kids found it hard to climb up the stairs after a long day out. They accommodated the very next day once the room was available.

Stayed here 3 nights in April 2026. In the first night we got upgraded to a better room, which we really appreciated. The rooms are tiny, but clean and there’s enough space for a short stay! Lisa, one of the people working at the reception, helped us booking many tours (Ninh Binh, Ha Long Bay 2 days cruise and the Loop 3 days / 4 nights). She answered all our questions and the process was really smooth, she gave us great recommendations and even while on the tours she made sure that everything was alright.

Staff friendly and supporting. Room simple but clean and with a lovely balcony. Superb location. I would chose it again and again.
