Perfect location, right in the centre of old town. Phuong and her colleague were so friendly and helpful, easily allowing us to extend our stay when travel plans changed. Great staff - deserve a promotion!!!

The staff were lovely, i checked in late with no dongs just yet but Chung said I can pay any time. Phuong was very lovely as well, very helpful and just wonderful. The location of this hotel is very good, right in the middle of old quarter.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Phuong made us feel very welcome and was very accommodating in many ways. The hotel is very well located and the room was comfortable.
