A very nice boutique hotel. The family rooms we had on the first day was spacious and clean on the top two floots. We booked an additional night last minute but unfortunately these weren't available and the new rooms on the second floor were not spacious at all. Excellent service given my Tom at the front desk who went above and beyond his role with a smile. He was honest and true to his word and assisted us during our stay as well as after providing local information and access to his contacts on our trip. The Vietnemese restaurant a few doors down was amazing and even delivered to the hotel.

Rooms have everything you need. Very nice staff. We also could leave our luggage there when visiting Sapa. When we came back they also prepared the room very quickly so we could enjoy a refreshing shower after the night train.

Very convenient location and a good choice for a budget hotel. That staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything I needed. It was very quiet despite central location.

The hotel was in a great location easy walking distance to everything. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff were fantastic. The breakfast was exceptional. The real stand out was Tom the manager. He was fantastic. He really set the hotel apart as would do anything to assist and cannot speak highly enough if him.
