The kindest staff that really take time to get to know you and I even received a welcome gift. Very calm atmosphere in the hotel and the room was clean and comfortable! Great location too near lots of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend !!

It’s a city not far from Hoan Kiem Lake. You can go anywhere you want, especially to the Old City Quarter.
