Great location, the street is small and quite . The staff is very kind and helpfull. The room was of good size and calm . The shower and bathroom were good. Actually the hot water was to hot , may be it needs to be tuned . WIFI was OK. Breakfast was plentyfull and of good quality and large choice.

Location was excellent for the old quarter in Hanoi. Staff were really nice, especially Jasmine (always happy, always keen to help and sorted out our taxis to the airport, making sure there weren’t any added costs)

The location is excellent, close to everything in the Old Quarter but hidden away down a relatively quiet street so was much quieter than many of the other hotels in the area. The staff were friendly. The room was a good size, comfy beds, clean and the bathroom was massive with a large walk-in shower. The breakfast was basic but tasty, in particular the pho. They looked after our luggage without any fuss when we went off to Ha Long Bay for a couple of days.

I loved the hospitality, the location and the breakfast. The staff went over and beyond to help us with whatever we needed. The hotel is in an incredible, lively location in the centre of The Old Quarter. There is so much choice just on its doorstep, and we were told that the street is the shortest in Hanoi. It was quiet at night which was great, and the rooms were comfortable and cleaned every day. Jasmine also organised a wonderful tour to Nhinh Binh whilst we were there, and was a pleasure to get to know. As well as Minh, Simon and Hoa. The four of them made our stay really pleasant and it was a unique experience. The breakfast every morning was tasty too, and I thought the value for money was on point. Thank you for all.
