Came back to this hotel for the second time after our trip to Sapa. our first experience was bot great but the second time was better. They allowed us to leave our luggage for few days as we will be coming to them. Staff was present when we arrived and great English.We were in 4th floor but one of the guy was happy to helped bring our luggaes up to 4th floor this time. We got better room - appeared clean and tidy and not damp. The public toilet was clean.

Friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious. Location. We had everything we could possibly need nearby. Cafe downstairs (Mellow) has very good coffee and service.

Good location, close to Old Quarter. Staff are helpful. However, the rooms are not clean, there is water damage all over the room, rust in metal, scuffed floors and smelly bedsheets and pillows. The photos are not representative of the actual room in person.
